About Us

About RioGro

Our Foundations stem from rural America, where our founder was born and raised. From the age of eight, Josh spent his free time working on the family farm which involved many hours on the seat of a tractor. His father was an agronomist who was blamed for always being ahead of the curve because he applied soil health principles to his farm with successful results in the 80's and 90's.

After spending nine years in the Pacific NW growing apples, cherries, pears & Alfalfa, Josh relocated from Washington State to the Mesilla Valley in New Mexico in 2016, where he took an opportunity to manage a pecan orchard. While experimenting with cover crops and  beginning to implement Regenerative practices on the pecan farm, exciting changes began to take place in the soils and the resulting crops. To Josh, a new paradigm began to unfold which needed to become mainstream...

RioGro LLC was founded in 2018 to serve as an innovative crop information outlet and to provide Regenerative Products to the farmers of the Rio Grande Region in the American Southwest.

Our driving passion is to help growers regenerate life in their soils. We love to see the power of nature and biology harnessed to work for the growers benefit- and to ultimately restore abundance and prosperity to families that make a living on the land.

The RioGro Team

We Communicate & Educate

RioGro works to establish and achieve the soil heath and crop nutrition goals of the producers we work with. We do that by working with nature instead of against her, utilizing the many tools available to us, and maintaining clear communication with the grower.

Results are our measuring-stick. We constantly strive to provide education, recommendations, and products that produce measurable positive results to the grower.

Let's Get Started

Our Founding Purpose

Rio Gro began in 2018 to serve as an Innovative Crop Information Outlet and Regenerative Farming Products Provider to the farmers of the Southwest, Rio Grande region of the United States. The founder had a two-fold purpose: First, was to assist the family pecan farming operation – and secondly, to provide employment to others in the local community and region.

The primary purpose and reason for existing is to further the Kingdom of Christ upon earth using earthly resources in a manner that pleases our Master.

Our Vision

Inspire people to foster an environment for vibrant, dynamic life at ground level (soil) which produces good fruit.

We also desire to keep this clearly in our vision: A godly atmosphere with exceptional service which maintains a clear focus on what it means to help others succeed in regenerative agriculture.

Our Mission

To provide and equip growers with the tools and understanding to reintroduce life in the soil and our food! We are committed to deliver products which facilitate this renewal of life!
